One question we hear often from prospective resellers: "Will my customers know they're actually using YoolaSMS?" The answer is: only if you tell them.
How it actually works
When you create a customer account through the Reseller Portal, that customer gets their own login, their own API key, and their own dashboard experience. They interact with the platform directly — but nothing requires you to tell them it's powered by YoolaSMS underneath. You're the one who found them, priced them, and manages the relationship.
What this means in practice
If you're an IT company, your client relationship stays exactly as it is — you delivered a system with SMS notifications built in. If you're a consultant, you recommended and set up a communication tool for your client. The infrastructure underneath is invisible to them unless you choose to mention it.
Building your own front-end
Some resellers go further and build their own branded interface that calls the YoolaSMS API on the back end using their customers' API keys — meaning even the dashboard itself carries your brand, not ours. This is entirely possible using the same free REST API every account already has access to.
What stays with YoolaSMS
A few controls stay centralized regardless of white-labeling — sender ID approval and international-sending permissions, for example, still go through our review process. This protects the shared infrastructure (and your customers' delivery reliability) that everything runs on, including your own account.
Getting started
Apply to become a reseller and start building your own branded communication offering on top of infrastructure you don't have to build or maintain yourself.
