What's new for Zambian customers
- A local contact in Lusaka you can call or message on WhatsApp for help with sender IDs, top-ups, pricing and your first campaign.
- A Zambia-only website at zambia.yoolasms.com, with everything in Kwacha and examples written for Zambian schools, SACCOs, churches and shops.
- Head office backup. The Yoola SMS head office team stands behind the local contact for anything more technical.
Same platform, same account
Nothing about how you send changes. You sign in to the same Yoola SMS dashboard used across our other countries, with the same tools: bulk sending, CSV upload, sender IDs, delivery reports and the free developer API. What's new is the local support around it.
Kwacha pricing that gets cheaper as you grow
The rate depends on the size of the bundle you buy, and applies to the whole bundle:
- Up to 999 SMS: ZMW 0.38 per SMS
- 1,000 – 9,999 SMS: ZMW 0.33 per SMS
- 10,000 – 59,999 SMS: ZMW 0.30 per SMS
- 60,000+ SMS: ZMW 0.27 per SMS
You top up with mobile money, and you reach MTN, Airtel and Zamtel numbers from one account.
