Do my SMS credits expire?
No. Your SMS credits never expire once purchased. You can use them at any time, no matter how long after your top-up.
Can I use credits for both Promotional and Transactional SMS?
Yes. The same credit balance works for both promotional campaigns and transactional messages (OTPs, alerts, etc.).
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
The minimum top-up is UGX 2,500. From there, you can top up any amount and credits are added immediately.
Does the price include VAT?
Our listed prices are before 18% VAT for Uganda-based businesses. The VAT amount is shown clearly before you confirm payment.
What happens if I send more than my bundle allows?
Yoola SMS uses a pay-as-you-go system - you top up credits and spend them. There is no hard limit tied to bundles. Bundle tiers simply determine your per-message rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets 3 free SMS when you register - no credit card required. It is the quickest way to test the platform.
Do you offer custom pricing for large volumes?
Yes. If you send more than 100,000 SMS per month, contact our sales team for a custom enterprise quote at an even lower per-message rate.
