Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Yoola SMS platform ("Service") operated by Yoola SMS ("we", "us", or "our"), located at DTB Building, Wandegeya-Bombo Road, Kampala, Uganda.
By registering an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
By accessing or using yoolasms.com and its associated services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Ugandan law, and that all information you provide to us is accurate and current.
Yoola SMS provides a cloud-based bulk SMS messaging platform that allows businesses and individuals to send text messages to mobile phone numbers in Uganda and other countries. Our service includes, but is not limited to:
You must provide a valid email address and Ugandan phone number to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@yoolasms.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion.
You agree to use Yoola SMS only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
We reserve the right to monitor message content for compliance and to report violations to relevant authorities.
All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise. 18% VAT applies to purchases by Uganda-based businesses. Payments are accepted via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. SMS credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Credits do not expire. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — if you have unused credits and wish to close your account, contact support@yoolasms.com within 30 days. Refunds will not be granted for credits used to send messages, regardless of delivery outcome, except in cases of proven platform failure.
Custom sender IDs (your brand name as the SMS sender) are subject to registration and approval. You must own or have the legal right to use the sender ID you register. Impersonating businesses, government bodies, or other brands is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
All content on yoolasms.com — including logos, design, code, and documentation — is the property of Yoola SMS and is protected under Ugandan and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
Yoola SMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: (a) delivery failures caused by network outages at Uganda telecom operators; (b) loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of our service; (c) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@yoolasms.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of unused credits. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
