How do I import contacts from Excel to Yoola SMS?

I have a list of 500 numbers in Excel but every time I export to CSV, the leading zero gets dropped from numbers like 0704... They become 704... How do I fix this?

Great question! This is a common Excel issue. When you save a CSV from Excel, it strips leading zeros. The fix: when importing your CSV into Yoola SMS PhoneBook, our system automatically detects and restores the leading zero. So 704487563 (9 digits) becomes 0704487563 automatically. Alternatively, in Excel, format the phone number column as Text before entering numbers.
