How long does a scheduled SMS take to send?
I scheduled a message for 9:00 AM but it was sent at 9:03. Is this normal or is there a delay I should plan for?

Yes, a small delay of 1-5 minutes is completely normal. Our scheduler checks for pending messages every minute, then sends them through the network. The actual delivery depends on network conditions — MTN and Airtel Uganda typically deliver within seconds of the send. For time-sensitive messages like exam results, we recommend scheduling 5 minutes early.
