Answers to Common
Pricing Questions

Do my SMS credits expire?
No. Your SMS credits never expire once purchased. You can use them at any time, no matter how long after your top-up.
Can I use credits for both Promotional and Transactional SMS?
Yes. The same credit balance works for both promotional campaigns and transactional messages (OTPs, alerts, etc.).
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
The minimum top-up is ZMW 15. From there, you can top up any amount and credits are added immediately.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices shown are the base rate. Contact our sales team for confirmation of any applicable taxes for your specific business.
What happens if I send more than my bundle allows?
Yoola SMS uses a pay-as-you-go system - you top up credits and spend them. There is no hard limit tied to bundles. Bundle tiers simply determine your per-message rate.
Is there a free trial?
You can register with no credit card required and top up any amount to start sending immediately.
Do you offer custom pricing for large volumes?
Yes. If you send more than 100,000 SMS per month, contact our sales team for a custom enterprise quote at an even lower per-message rate.
